Active Recovery and Stretching Coaching/Workshops

Compress my 10 years of full-time athletic training and coaching to put you or your team on the right track regardless of their sport or fitness regimen.

I guide attendees through routine, based on the demands of their training, that equip them with the tools to manage and monitor their own physical well-being. Addressing any concerns they have along the way. So they can do hard stuff more easily.

My original weekly classes started while I was training and fighting for Muay Thai in 2016. It started because I saw a need for the softer element of martial arts to be focused on. It was a combination of corrective exercise, joint care techniques, and teaching how to stretch correctly for active recovery and flexibility training with PNF stretching, partner-assisted stretching and massage (self and partnered).

What I and the gym management witnessed were members learning how to manage their own injuries, keener to train for longer durations as training was becoming easier and wasn’t overtaking their everyday life. Further cultivating the gym’s culture of looking after yourself and your teammates.

Currently, I run regular interactive “Stretching and Active Recovery Workshops” at different gyms across Melbourne.
