Online Coaching (Self-Treatment)
What originally happened was I was house bound for 2 months… 2 WHOLE MONTHS! I had a real bad spell of foot pain. I COULDN’T WALK FOR MORE THEN 5 MINUTES. Thanks to Dr James Stoxen (Foot health pioneer and auther of “The Human Spring Approach to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome” I learnt through how to treat myself.
With that knowledge I was back to full-time training by the 6-month mark, equipped with the tools to self-manage and since then, I have been helping others.
Then during Covid my clients didn’t want to loose connection with me, we adopted originally self treatment model I was using while I was competing.

Here’s how I do it
I teach you simple, safe and effective massage techniques that you can do on yourself with your own hands or with some simple props.
We use your body as the anatomy to learn about while massaging. This is coupled with corrective exercises to help speed up the process.
If you have further concerns you can always get approval from another health professional and perhaps tie together their treatment with ours.
