Online Coaching (Self-Treatment)

What originally happened was I was house bound for 2 months… 2 WHOLE MONTHS! I had a real bad spell of foot pain. I COULDN’T WALK FOR MORE THEN 5 MINUTES. Thanks to Dr James Stoxen (Foot health pioneer and auther of “The Human Spring Approach to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome” I learnt through how to treat myself.

With that knowledge I was back to full-time training by the 6-month mark, equipped with the tools to self-manage and since then, I have been helping others.

Then during Covid my clients didn’t want to loose connection with me, we adopted originally self treatment model I was using while I was competing.

Here’s how I do it

  • I teach you simple, safe and effective massage techniques that you can do on yourself with your own hands or with some simple props.

  • We use your body as the anatomy to learn about while massaging. This is coupled with corrective exercises to help speed up the process.

  • If you have further concerns you can always get approval from another health professional and perhaps tie together their treatment with ours.
