Here Treatment Scheduling Guidelines

Recommendation: Rebook for the following week to ease symptoms and receive guidance on managing day-to-day life.
Recovery Phase:
Week 1-8 of an injury.
Recommendation: Rebook for the following week or the week after to optimize healing and accommodate increased demands on your body.
Return to Activity/Sport:
Week 4-16 of an injury.
Recommendation: Rebook every 2-4 weeks to gradually ease symptoms and improve management over time. There are a lot of little details to look at during this period.
Management of Insidious Injury:
Recommendation: Rebook every 2-3 weeks until resolved for injuries stemming from multiple factors rather than a single event.
Maintenance of Chronic Condition:
Recommendation: Initially, schedule weekly sessions until progress allows extension to every 6-8 weeks, depending on the condition.
Maintenance for Increased Workload or Activity:
Recommendation: Consider weekly sessions or bi-weekly appointments until the demanding season or workload passes.
