Workplace massage
Recently I’ve dived into the world of “corporate massage”. My role is to travel to different workplaces. Be it factories, offices, corporate events… Setting up a massage chair or roving around massaging people while they work.
I provide the employees a quick but efficient refresh for their body. Sometimes it’s to just relax. Or the luxury of getting treated to a massage and seeing a new face in the office helps lift their energy.
Every now and then I have to solve an ache, pain or injury (which would be 1 or 2 out of 10 people in my massage chair). Which I can assist with as I’ve developed the sensitivity and experience to solve all sorts of issues but unfortunately there’s not much ability to deviate to fully address their concern.
There’s only so much I can do on the massage chair so I’ll recommend they see a professional near them for a full assessment, and use more techniques, including stretching, dry needles, and cups… All of which I do in my Remedial Massage Treatments.
That’s the core of it. You can have a look at the corporate massage section and other blogs on my website to learn more.
So… How do you get paid to get a massage???
Getting a massage therapist in the office helps solve a few issues for HR.
Some offices are once a week, others are monthly or during the busy season once or twice a year.
Here are the problems they are looking to solve:
Getting workers back into the office
Keep good energy in the workplace during busy season
as part of HR’s wellbeing program.
In the meanwhile, if you need a massage or treatment, book with me.
